The wind has settled alot this morning and I was able to take my normal walk again.
Middleton Bay showing the signs of lots of action and load in the water.
 Towards New Plymouth.

The grasses have taken on a magnificent colour with the salt wind and the time of the year s they head up their seed pods - exquisite in their own special way.

 What mountain?

Towards Wellington at the break - very glowering.

The airborne spray obscuring the shot of Opunake Main Beach form the clifftop

It always surprises me after a heavy blow, that this wind vein is till attached to the roof. It sits totally exposed on the edge of the breakwater point.
Very busy this morning but still there!!!!
