Massive surge running up the beach this morning at Middleton Bay, here just before 7am so very low light still.

Up the coast to New Plymouth

Very clear around Mt Taranaki and The Pouakai Ranges this morning but one stunning cloud lit by the sunrise.

 Down the coast to Wellington

 The surge coming into Reef Point lit by the sunrise. Lots of energy in the ocean this morning.
