energy transfer 25/04/2016

The stillness of the soft morning sky and it's reflection on the sand contrast with the energy of the ocean, in a state of wind driven wave and foam. There is a constant slipping of this contrast with the light moving, the tide rising and falling and the wind shifting. My life needs this kind of structure, where there are places for stillness and others for intense movement. These places need to be as fluid as the sky, sea and shore interfaces are. If they become rigid they loose the exchange of energy that each brings to the other.
