The long Indian summer is being challenged today with a severe weather warning in place. The sea is wild and the air is full of spray - it is energising and pushes me past my physical comfort boundaries to walk out round the point in the full force of the wind. A real charged start to the day, even if the warning amount to nothing much as the day proceeds.
