The Autumn leaves are still on many of the deciduous trees while the Spring flowers are in full bloom. This alters how I engage with the natural world. Things I expect to see and experience are non-existent. I feel slightly off balance as if there are no physical parameters to keep me on my normal even keel in the physical world. It is not good. I hope it is not, as predicted, the beginning of total chaos and confusion as so much of my well being is grounded literally in the soil and growing.
