When the light to the surface is different for any particular reason, the vision is altered. New awarenesses can occur, perspectives can shift allowing an enriching of experience. This morning the upper parts of my local beach were covered with frost and it is bizarrely out of place but also very beautiful. The tracks of birds and hoppers take on a different nature, becoming more robust in the frozen state. Beautiful even as it is challenging to cope with the sudden shift in the temperature from mild to frosty over night. The natural storm has passed and now we are enjoying the stillness that follows nature's outburst. Wouldn't it be wonderful if man's actions could re-stabilize as quickly.
