I love the silhouettes of these trees dressed with their catkins and old nuts. It is a real treat for me being in Auckland to look up into the amazing tree canopies. Where I live there are very few deciduous or tall exotic trees and I long for them visually. Here is my top up treat for the next few days as the leaves have not yet starting to open although they are not that far off.
