Caught out in a heavy rain shower this morning. Very still but heavy, wetting and enough to make us scurry through our walk back home to the welcoming hot shower and dry clothes. The sea is flat and I had wished for a swim but maybe later in the day.
The delicacy of the drops suspended on the gnarly structure of the box thorn hedge bush creates a lovely tension. Fragility is to be highly valued and acknowledged.
